Lenalidomide (Revlimid), bortezomib (Velcade), and dexamethasone are therapeutic drugs used to treat various hematological diseases, either alone or in combination. Multiple studies have characterized the effects of these drugs on tumor cells, but less is known about how they affect the immune system of treated subjects. Here, we profiled changes to healthy T cells exposed to each of these drugs alone or in combination using immunoassays, and further dissected their effects using the trimodal single-cell genomics assay TEA-seq.
A preprint with thorough analysis and characterization of the data in this study is available now on biorXiv at:

To enable exploration of the changes induced by these drugs, we've developed multiple interactive visualization tools:
T Cell RVd-induced Differential Expression
Explore changes in gene expression across T cell sub-populations after treatment with lenalidomide, bortezomib, or dexamethasone for 4, 24, or 72 hours.
Explore RVd DEGsT Cell RVd UMAP Explorer
Explore gene expression in T cell subtypes by viewing UMAP projections from 4, 24, and 72 hours side-by-side.
