Along with blood samples, we collected plasma samples from each Sound Life subject at each visit, which were interrogated using the Olink Explore 1536 plasma proteomics platform to measure relative abundance of plasma proteins.

Our plasma proteomics dataset contain some sample-level metadata to enable connection between these results and samples used in other modalities. The sample.sampleKitGuid identifier is used across many data modalities.

cohort.cohortGuid: A Globally Unique Identifier (GUID) for the cohort that the subject is a part of (BR1 = Young Adult; BR2 = Older Adult)

For each Immunobiology of Aging subject, plasma samples were collected and interrogated using the Olink Explore 3072 plasma proteomics platform to measure relative abundance of plasma proteins.
The Olink Explore 3072 panel contains all of the same assays as the Olink Explore 1536 panel used for the Sound Life cohort, as well as additional assays for targets that are not present in the Explore 1536 panel.
Note: We were unable to generate Olink data for 5 samples that are present in our scRNA-seq dataset:
