Plasma and Bone Marrow Interstitial Fluid (BMIF) proteins measured using the Olink Proteomics platform.
scRNA-seq and CITE-seq data
scRNA-seq data from both peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) and bone marrow mononuclear cells (BMMCs). PBMCs were profiled using 3' scRNA-seq, and BMMCs were profiled with scRNA-seq and cell surface epitope detection (CITE-seq) using a panel of 59 antibody targets.

In addition to downloads from this website, raw and processed scRNA-seq data are deposited in external repositories such as dbGaP (raw FASTQ data for controlled access) and GEO (processed data and non-controlled raw data).
