Clinical assessment data
As patients were enrolled and underwent therapy, clinicians collected information used to assess disease burden and treatment outcomes.
Here, we provide descriptions from clinical imaging - CT, PETCT, Osseous survey, MRI, and X-ray - as well as bone density scans, that were used to assess disease burden at Pre-Treatment and End of Induction timepoints.
We also provide assessments of International Myeloma Working Group (IMWG) High-Risk Multiple Myeloma (HRMM) status of each patient at enrollment. Note: HRMM was assessed without TP53 mutation status, and may be an underestimate of high-risk classification.
Finally we provide the clinically assessed treatment response based on tumor burden results at End of Induction and Post-Transplant time points: Progressive disease, Partial Response (PR), Very Good Partial Response (VGPR), Complete Response (CR), or Stringent Complete Response (sCR).
