Plasma proteomics
We collected plasma samples from each NDMM subject at each visit, which were interrogated using the Olink Explore 1536 plasma proteomics platform to measure relative abundance of plasma proteins.
Descriptors of the columns in the plasma Olink dataset can be found by clicking the header below:
Our plasma proteomics dataset contain some sample-level metadata to enable connection between these results and samples used in other modalities. The sample.sampleKitGuid identifier is used across many data modalities.

Bone marrow interstitial fluid proteomics
As part of bone marrow mononuclear cell (BMMC) collection, we collected the supernatant from ficoll gradient cell purification, which includes proteins in the extracellular millieu of the bone marrow. We call this supernatant the bone marrow interstitial fluid (BMIF).
We subjected our BMIF samples to protein profiling using the Olink Explore 3072 proteomics platform to measure relative abundance of plasma proteins. Because BMIF from MM patients may include an extremely high concentrations of immunoglobulins and related proteins, we conducted these assays with samples as collected, as well as after Ig depletion.
Descriptors of the columns in the BMIF Olink dataset can be found by clicking the header below:
